Training Policy

Decleration of Training Policy: To raise aircraft maintenance personnel in accordance with the norms of the civil aviation authorities by organizing in a determined, consistent, coherent and continuous manner in line with the main objective that the Turkish Airlines Technic Inc. Training Organization intends to fulfill in vision statement. This policy is governed by the following basic principles and guidelines:

Current and future trainings and development needs are determined in accordance with company priorities, strategies and objectives and in line with the sector's requirements, with an understanding of contemporary talent management.

The training needs analysis and training implementation activities are kept up to date with regard to changing business conditions, internal legislation and norms promulgated by civil aviation authorities and new technologies.

Training activities are conducted with regard to changing business conditions, internal legislation and the norms of civil aviation authorities and new technologies.

Evaluation and reporting studies related to training activities are performed and recorded under the internal legislation and the norms of civil aviation authorities.

Efforts are made to ensure that the needs and expectations of training are satisfied at the maximum level

Effective and efficient usage of resources is essential in the conduct of training activities.

Training and development possibilities are presented taking into account the principle of equal opportunity.
