Participant Requirements for Integrated Module Exam

For the Integrated Module Exams to be held in 2023, the exam fees (including VAT) are as follows;
Integrated Module Exam (All) : 750 (Seven hundred and fifty) TL,
Integrated Module Exam (Partial : 500 (Five hundred) TL .
The exam fees will be invoiced in TL by Turkish Technic Inc.

Once the participant makes the payment, they cannot cancel their exam application. However, if the participant cannot attend the paid exam due to valid reasons (such as a health report for the exam day, the death of a first-degree relative, etc.), they must reapply. Their application will be evaluated based on the availability of seats.

If the participant does not attend the exam, they waive their right to participate, and they cannot request a refund for any fees paid to Turkish Technic Inc.

Turkish Technic Inc. reserves the right to change exam dates or cancel exams. In case of exam cancellation, the participant will be informed as soon as possible. The full exam fee paid by the participant will be refunded without interest. In this case, Turkish Technic Inc. will not have any obligation to make any other payment under any circumstances, regardless of its name.

The exam duration for the Integrated Module Exam (All) is 200 minutes. For the Integrated Module Exam, the exam duration varies based on the number of selected modules by the attendee. The exam will be conducted at Turkish Technic Inc.'s exam centers (Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airports). Participants must be present at the exam centers at least 15 minutes before the exam time. Latecomers will not be allowed to take the exam. Participants are obliged to comply with exam rules.

Study documents related to the module exams will not be sent to participants.

After determining the exam results, participants will receive an informative email, and no certificate will be issued.

The participant agrees, declares, and undertakes to keep confidential all information about Turkish Technic Inc. that they acquire during the services they receive, including the provisions of these "General Terms and Conditions," exam documents, and software content. Unless legally required by any competent authority, court, or law enforcement agency, the participant agrees not to share the contents of these materials, in whole or in part, visually, electronically, in writing, or orally with any third party without the written permission of Turkish Technic Inc.
