Acceptance Terms For Exam Participant

Exam fees for Basic Knowledge Exams (including VAT) are specified on the relevant exam page on the official website (https://training.turkishtechnic.com) and will be invoiced by Turkish Technic Inc. in "TL" (Turkish Lira).

After participant application approval, the participant cannot cancel the exam application. However, if the participant cannot attend the paid exam due to valid reasons (such as a health report for the exam day, the death of a first-degree relative, overlap of trainings, and being assigned by the workplace) a refund will be made.

*Health reports (incapacity) for the exam day must be obtained from authorized and official institutions recognized by the Social Security Institution. Reports not accepted by our company's Health Directorate (hospitals/clinics/health cabin, etc. without SGK (Social Security Institution) agreement) will not be considered valid. This criterion is applicable regardless of whether the participant is affiliated with the Social Security Institution.
** The death of individuals other than immediate family members (mother, father, spouse, siblings, and children) will not be considered as a valid excuse.
***The participant must submit the document regarding their inability to attend the exam to the email address 147basiccustomer@thy.com.

If the participant does not attend the exam without valid reasons, which is above, they waive their right to participate, and they cannot request a refund for any fees paid to Turkish Technic Inc.. Additionally, any free/discounted benefits provided to internal company participants will be forfeited.

Turkish Technic Inc. reserves the right to cancel exams. In case of exam cancellation, the participant will be informed as soon as possible. The full exam fee paid by the participant will be refunded without interest. In this case, Turkish Technic Inc. will not have any obligation to make any other payment under any circumstances, regardless of its name and nature.
In the event of a change in exam dates by Turkish Technic Inc., the participant will be informed as soon as possible, and the right to apply for the exam on a different date will be preserved.
The participant's preserved application right is valid until the end of the current year. If the participant does not apply in the same year and wishes to apply for exams in the following year, the price difference for that year will be requested.

Exams are conducted at Turkish Technic Inc. 's exam centers at Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airports. As Atatürk Airport is within the customs area, only participants with an AHL (Atatürk Airport) apron card or an apron card for all fields can choose it. Otherwise, participation in the exam at the relevant location cannot be ensured.

The participant must be present in the exam room at least 15 minutes before the exam time. A participant who arrives late for the exam will not be admitted. The participant is obliged to comply with exam rules.

The application evaluation process starts at least 30 calendar days before the exam date, taking into account the exam date.

Along with the confirmation email, relevant study documents for the exam are sent to the participants.

The exam result is communicated to the participant via an informative email by the Exam Chieftaincy.

The participant, after completing the basic knowledge exams or deciding to continue their exams at another center, can request a certificate.

The participant agrees, declares, and undertakes to keep confidential all information about Turkish Technic Inc. that they acquire during the services they receive, including the provisions of these "General Terms and Conditions," exam documents, and software content. Unless legally required by any competent authority, court, or law enforcement agency, the participant agrees not to share the contents of these materials, in whole or in part, visually, electronically, in writing, or orally with any third party without the written permission of Turkish Technic Inc.
